
Carrie Crocker is a Graduate form the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she received her BA in Applied Design: Metalsmithing/Sculputre; and her BA in Foreign Language with a concentration in French.
Currently Carrie Crocker has been writing poetry since she was about 17 years old. Published in the Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans 1996 edition. Her work Steak Knife Poetry Zine is in the Florida Gulf Coast University Archives. You can also find her poetry published in the Little Rock Central High School Publications.
Carrie Crocker is influenced by music, spoken word poetry, and performance art. Carrie’s favorite male poet is John Cage, and she has too many female poets to reference, but, Anne Sexton is one of them.
